Perfect frozen raspberries

Here is the dessert of last Sunday, light because the rest of the meal was very roborant. I prepared it with my Cooking-chef, what makes that the task is easy but with a thermometer to sugar, a pan and a whip, it is also simple, it is enough to be more watchful. Crispy rice, Saint Jacques and ginger butter

Hello ! Here is a combination completely new and delicious!   Cook rice round for 2 persons. Peel 2 shallots, 2 cloves garlic, do the same with 4 tomato seed as well. Melt the chopped shallots in 2 tablespoons olive oil, add the tomatoes into small pieces. Simmer 30 minutes covered and then uncovered with garlic and a pinch of sugar for another 20 minutes. Liégeoise soup - Soupe Liégeoise

Cocci-charlotte in english

Sorry, I have not had time to take a picture right, it was too good! I propose to you today my "cocci-charlotte", it's pretty and delicious. My friends are crazy.
