Perfect frozen raspberries

Here is the dessert of last Sunday, light because the rest of the meal was very roborant. I prepared it with my Cooking-chef, what makes that the task is easy but with a thermometer to sugar, a pan and a whip, it is also simple, it is enough to be more watchful. Raspberry vinegar

Hi, Nothing like dressing a salad of lettuce or watercress that vinegar, and with "Crottin de Chavignol" ......! Give me your opinion ! You need : 500 g raspberries500 ml white wine vinegar750 g sugarFill a jar with the raspberries and pour the vinegar over them. Seal the jar and leave to infuse for 40 days.Filter the mixture with a sieve in a pan. Add the sugar to the liquid and bring to the boil. Boil for 5-6 minutes.Skim with a large spoon. Cocci-charlotte in english

Sorry, I have not had time to take a picture right, it was too good! I propose to you today my "cocci-charlotte", it's pretty and delicious. My friends are crazy.
